Delivery & Returns

We offer free Monday to Friday delivery on all Tuffbox orders to most UK mainland addresses. Please read the following information for details, exceptions and installation queries.

Delivery

All our Tuffboxes are offered with free mainland UK delivery.

Free Mainland UK does not include Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Scottish Isles and the following postcodes.

We offer a premium delivery for before-noon deliveries. For this, you must select this option during the final checkout stage.

Delivery notes

  • We require you to sign a delivery note on receipt of the goods and inform us within 3 working days maximum of any damage to the goods.
  • Deliveries are booked on the condition that there is reasonable access for the safe and prompt delivery of the product. Any special requirements should be notified to us at the point of ordering and may result in additional charges being levied.
  • The delivery service does not include installation of the product.
  • Please allow enough time for your items to be delivered before you organise installation, as we cannot be held responsible for out of pocket expenses resulting from delays in delivery.
  • You should ensure that all manufacturer guidelines are complied with in the siting and use of the goods.
  • We pick, pack and arrange delivery of orders Monday to Thursday with the exception of Public Holidays.
  • Our aim is to deliver within 2 to 3 working days. However, during busy periods or periods of unusually high demand please allow a maximum 10 working days before contacting us. Please note 90% + of orders are delivered within 2 working days.
  • Orders are insured to the full value of the goods, we can not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by our carrier.
  • If for any reason goods are returned to us due to failed delivery the carriage cost is non-refundable. Furthermore, we reserve the right to charge for any additional carriage involved.
  • IMPORTANT – All our deliveries require a signature upon receipt, without this the consignment cannot be delivered.

Returns

Common reason for returns: miss-sizing your space. We advise you measure your space and needs in advance of ordering. Majority of returns and exchanges are due to miss-sizing.

  • You can return a Tuffbox product for any reason.
  • Returns must be within 14 day of receipt of the product/s.
  • A refund is issued within 14 days on receipt of the product/s.
  • Returned items should be unused and in original condition with all parts included such as keys or fork feet. Returns are inspected on receipt and any damages will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Once a return has been agreed, the product/s are to be returned to: Unit B2, Meadowbank business park, Oldham, OL9 8EH. Cost of return lies with the customer. We can arrange for your return with our couriers, with prices on request.
  • For an exchange for a different size box/product please email us for options and costs.
  • If a product arrives damaged, please email us on the day of receipt with photographs and details of the damage. We will arrange with you for a collection and replacement of the product at our cost.
